A gorgeous drink combining 3 of my favourite ingredients: Avocado, Banana and Chocolate. With the convenient, almost fateful acronym of ABC.
Milkshake cravings will meet their match with this heavyweight baby. Thick and nutritious enough to have on its own as breakfast, or to satisfy a sweet tooth without the guilt.
THE ABC SHAKE
A heavy, nutritious, ridiculously tasty shake to give you natural energy and keep you satiated between meals.
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup dark choc chips
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Agave nectar to sweeten
- Step 1 Slowly add agave nectar to cocoa powder and stir until a thick syrupy sauce is achieved.
- Step 2 Blend together avocado, banana, nondairy milk and choc chips.
- Step 3 Pour into glass.
- Step 4 With a spoon, let the choc sauce drizzle down in swirls, then dip the spoon inside, twist it around a few times, and slowly lift it out.
