I think I’ve just met the royal family of vegan chocolate.
The Wonder Chocolate range from Big Tree Farms is organic, dairy-free, and the natural ingredient list doesn’t venture further than 5 items. This is incredible, considering how much flavour there is in each bar!
The 61% and 73% Dark Chocolates have a feathery, satisfying, melt-in-your-mouth texture. For the more adventurous, there’s the strangely addictive Sea Salt and Sea Salt Cacao Nibs flavours. I love the bold gourmet character of the latter two, and the Sea Salt flavour is a new favourite for me.
Sweetened with coconut nectar, the Wonder Chocolate range is a low-GI gem for those who enjoy their chocolate. I complement my bars with mixed nuts for a fulfilling mid-afternoon snack.
