Being on the lookout for great places to eat in the Klang Valley is rewarding in more ways than one. There’s the food, of course, and there’s also the great people behind them.
LN Fortunate Coffee is one of very few pure vegan establishments around. LN stands for ‘Loving Nature’, and the person who leads the team is very much in touch with that theme. Jeremy’s story is the stuff of inspirational health talks. A few years ago he was practically knocking at death’s door, and he decided to turn his life around with a plant-based diet. I won’t reveal his age, but he’s a LOT younger than he looks. Our chat we had during the shoot of the below video is one I’m very grateful for. We clicked so well, and we shared many of the same principles. If you ever get to see this pleasant man at the cafe, do say hello and ask for his story, if he has the time to share it with you!

LN Fortunate Coffee is a cozy, quiet little place to enjoy a vegan meal made with love. And as their name suggests, it’s also a great place for coffee. Ask for their special brew!

We tried the lasagna that u recommended but it taste nothing fancy in fact only can taste just tomato and spinach. Trying to asked the waitress about what’s the ingredients of the “cheese” hence it taste and texture are just like flour dough. Unfortunately none of them understand well about their food ingredients they can only answered : that’s plant base. However we loved the Mushrooms Ciabatta Pizza and Pumpkin Soup. Cake are definitely not recommended, it made from premix flour , tastes really dry .
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! Sorry the lasagna didn’t meet your expectations. I love it because it tastes exactly like spinach and tomatoes – real food! Not sure if you are vegetarian / vegan or just curious to try, but if you are used to only eating meat lasagna before this, then trying out plant-based lasagna would indeed be a very different experience! Glad you gave it a shot at least, and good to know that there are other things you enjoyed! I dig their pumpkin soup too!
